have experienced discrimination and harassment based on sex, sexual
orientation, age, disability, religion and origin.
Our clients are very concerned about whether or not their employers
will retaliate if they file a complaint. Other concerns that they
have are their relationships with other employees at the office,
their reputation and also, if they are terminated, how they're going
to support their family. We've represented employees ranging from
teens working at fast food restaurants to upper management and
executives at large firms. It's a very complex system.
Statutes and regulations in employment law are always changing. We
stay on top of these changes and we navigate the employees that we
represent through the whole process. Most employees are very
concerned about how they're going to pay for a lawyer. The
employees don't pay us anything unless we get them a financial
recovery.
